1. Acceptance of Terms

By using DZ Compta, you accept these terms of service. If you do not accept these terms, please do not use our service.

2. Service Description

DZ Compta is a cloud accounting platform specially designed for Algerian accounting firms. Our solution is 100% compliant with the Financial Accounting System (SCF) and Algerian tax regulations.

What we offer:

Complete accounting: Management of all your client files with total data isolation
Compliant invoicing: Gap-free numbering guaranteed, compliant with DGI requirements
Tax declarations: G50, G12, G4, tax package and all required declarations
Payroll management: CNAS, IRG calculations, and automatic generation of accounting entries
Multi-user access: Work as a team with personalized permissions
Client portal: Your clients can view their data in real time
Maximum security: Each file in its own isolated database
24/7 availability: Access your data from anywhere, anytime

3. Registration and Account

3.1 Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally authorized to enter into contracts in Algeria.

3.2 Account Information

You agree to:

Provide accurate and up-to-date information
Maintain the confidentiality of your credentials
Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use
Be responsible for all activities on your account

3.3 Business Account

For business accounts, you guarantee that you have the necessary authority to commit your organization.

4. Annual License and Payments

4.1 License Model

DZ Compta operates on an annual license per firm model. Each accounting firm acquires a license that gives them access to the platform for a full year.

4.2 Available Plans

We offer several plans adapted to the size of your firm:

Starter Plan: For small firms (up to 10 files)
Professional Plan: For medium firms (up to 50 files)
Enterprise Plan: For large firms (unlimited files)

4.3 License Payment

The license is payable once a year at the time of subscription
Payments are processed in Algerian Dinars (DZD)
Prices include all updates and technical support for the year
No hidden fees: the license price includes everything (hosting, backups, legal updates)

4.4 Renewal

Your license is valid for 12 months from the activation date
We notify you 30 days before the expiration of your license
Renewal is not automatic: you choose whether to renew or not
In case of non-renewal, you retain read-only access for 60 days to export your data

5. Use of the Service

5.1 Authorized Use

You may use DZ Compta to:

Manage your company’s accounting
Create and send invoices
Generate tax declarations
Analyze your financial data

5.2 Prohibited Use

It is strictly forbidden to:

Violate Algerian or international laws
Use the service for fraudulent purposes
Attempt to access other users’ accounts
Transmit viruses or malicious code
Copy, modify or distribute our software
Use the service for illegal activities

6. Intellectual Property

6.1 DZ Compta Rights

All rights to the software, design, logos and content belong to DZ Compta.

6.2 Your Data

You retain all rights to your accounting data. We only use it to provide our services.

6.3 License to Use

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive and revocable license to use our service.

7. Confidentiality and Security

We are committed to protecting your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy and international security standards.

8. Availability and Performance

8.1 Availability Commitment

We are committed to maintaining 99.9% platform availability. Our infrastructure is designed to ensure continuous and reliable service.

8.2 Scheduled Maintenance

Scheduled maintenance is performed outside business hours (usually at night) and you are notified 7 days in advance by email.

8.3 Backups and Security

Automatic backups: Your data is backed up several times a day
File isolation: Each client file is in its own isolated database
Redundancy: Your data is replicated in multiple data centers
Recovery: In case of a problem, we can restore your data to any time in the last 30 days

We nevertheless recommend that you regularly export your important data for your own archiving.

9. Responsibilities

9.1 Our Responsibility

We strive to provide a reliable service but are not responsible for:

Data loss due to force majeure
Errors in your tax declarations due to incorrect data
Indirect damages or loss of profits

9.2 Your Responsibility

You are responsible for:

The accuracy of the data entered
Compliance of your accounting practices
Compliance with Algerian tax obligations
Verification of your declarations before submission

10. Termination

10.1 Termination by You

You can terminate your account at any time from the settings.

10.2 Termination by Us

We may suspend or terminate your license in case of:

Serious violation of these terms
Non-payment of the annual license after reminder
Fraudulent, illegal or unethical activity
Abusive use endangering the security of the platform

Before any termination, we notify you by email and give you 15 days to regularize the situation.

10.3 Effects of Termination

After termination or expiration of your license:

You retain read-only access for 60 days to export your data
After this period, your data is archived for an additional 90 days
You can request a complete copy of your data at any time during these 150 days
After 150 days, your data is permanently deleted from our systems

We recommend that you export all your data before your license expires.

11. Modifications of Terms

We may modify these terms at any time. Important modifications will be notified by email 30 days before they take effect.

12. Applicable Law

These terms are governed by Algerian law. Any dispute will be submitted to the competent courts of Algiers.

13. General Provisions

13.1 Entire Agreement

These terms constitute the entire agreement between you and DZ Compta.

13.2 Severability

If a clause is deemed invalid, the other clauses remain in effect.

13.3 Waiver

Failure to exercise a right does not constitute a waiver of that right.
